Eese Ultimate Banana Cocoa Smoothie

This evening smoothie is the perfect way to unwind—rich and dessert-like, yet packed with nourishing ingredients to help your body relax and restore

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice (oat, almond, or dairy)
  • 3 soft dates, pitted
  • 1 scoop of Eese cocoa blend
  • 20g protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tsp almond paste or almond butter
  • 3 small cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
