Currency
All prices are listed and processed in Euros (EUR €). Your bank may apply conversion fees if your card is registered in a different currency.
Taxes and VAT
VAT is included in the final price shown at checkout, based on your shipping destination. If applicable, duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery.
Payment Timing
For one-time purchases, your card will be charged immediately at checkout. For subscriptions, payment will be charged on a recurring basis depending on the frequency you selected. You will always be notified in advance of any charges.
Secure Checkout
Your payment information is processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your credit card details and your payment is handled by trusted third-party processors.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. For subscription customers, we’ll retry payment and notify you if the transaction doesn’t go through. You can update your payment method through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
