By Frederique Lemoine

These no-bake “evening bite” are the perfect bedtime ritual. Made with Eese, they help you wind down while satisfying your evening cravings—guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or finely ground nuts/seeds)
  • 3 tbsp Eese powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp plant-based milk (if needed for texture)

Optional Add-ins:

  • Chia seeds, flaxseeds, shredded coconut, or dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, almond flour, Eese, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of plant milk.
  4. Roll into 12 bite-sized balls.
  5. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 30–60 minutes.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week—or freeze for longer freshness.

💡 Tip: Enjoy 1 ball 30 minutes before bed as part of your nightly ritual for deeper sleep and fewer late-night cravings.
