For Subscription Customers
If you’re a subscription customer, you’re automatically eligible for our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
- We recommend giving Eese a consistent try for at least 30 days to notice its full benefits.
- If you don’t experience improved sleep—or you’re simply not satisfied—you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your first subscription order.
- We’ll refund the full cost of the product (excluding shipping, VAT, and duties). No need to return the product.

- Refunds apply only to your first subscription order.
- We can’t offer refunds on any refill orders or reactivated subscriptions.
- Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to process.
For One-Time Purchase Customers
Changed your mind? No problem—we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery of the products.
To qualify:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Tags (if applicable) and proof of purchase must be included
To start your return, email us at hello@eeseritual.com with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a refund (excluding return fees). We’re unable to offer refunds on opened products for hygiene and health reasons.
For a full refund, it is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged. Make sure the product is properly and securely packaged for the return shipment. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we may deduct money from the amount to be refunded.
Return Shipping & Processing Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We withhold a €8 return processing fee from all refunds.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right to cancel will not exist in case of the following contracts:
- for the provision of services after the service has been fully performed, provided that the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
- for the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
- where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during the visit, the trader provides services that are additional to those specifically requested by the consumer, the right of withdrawal will apply to those additional services or goods. Similarly, if during the visit the trader supplies goods other than the replacement parts necessary to carry out the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal shall apply to these goods;
- for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, which were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- contracts concluded at a public auction;
- for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
