For Subscription Customers
If you’re a subscription customer, you’re automatically eligible for our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

We recommend giving Eese a consistent try for at least 30 days to notice its full benefits.

If you don’t experience improved sleep—or you’re simply not satisfied—you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your first subscription order.

We’ll refund the full cost of the product (excluding shipping, VAT, and duties). No need to return the product.
To request a refund, just email us at frederique@oakagency.nl within 60 days of receiving your first subscription. Our team will handle it from there 💫

We can’t offer refunds on any refill orders or reactivated subscriptions.

For One-Time Purchase Customers
Changed your mind? No problem—we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of your purchase (first-time customers only).
To qualify:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Tags (if applicable) and proof of purchase must be included
To start your return, email us at frederique@oakagency.nl with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping and return fees).
We’re unable to offer refunds on opened products for one-time purchases.
Return Shipping & Processing Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We withhold a €8 return processing fee from all refunds.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at frederique@oakagency.nl so we can make it right.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We unfortunately can’t accept returns or issue refunds on:
