Where We Ship
We currently deliver throughout the Netherlands, the EU, and the UK.
For other international destinations, availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed after 10:00 PM or during weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Most orders ship within 1 business day of receiving your confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands & United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- European Union (EU): 2–6 business days
- International: 2–15 business days
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking email. We ship with trusted carriers like PostNL, Royal Mail, and Deutsche Post.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
Missed Deliveries
Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your order may be returned to us.
In such cases, return shipping and admin fees may apply — unless redelivery is arranged promptly.
Customs & Duties
For orders outside the EU and UK, local duties, taxes, or customs paperwork may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays & Cancellations
If your order is delayed by more than 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, you can cancel it by contacting us in writing.
- If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.
- If it has shipped, we’ll process a refund once the product is returned to us.
